Kindersteps is an educational dance program designed for students to learn kinaesthetically, explore movement, build confidence, nurture creativity,  embrace knowledge, and engage in exercises as a team.

*Kindersteps Programs can be customized based on school or grade levels

(recommended age groupings preschool,  junior kindergarten/ senior kindergarten, grade 1 - 2- 3)

• One Class (10-30 students) Program: (school classroom, gym, library, music room etc.)

                (suggested 4 week session) 

                .75 hrs dance / program activities during class block

• Multiple Classes (20 - 60 students) Program: (gym)

                (suggested 4 week session)

                .75 hrs dance/ program activities during a class block, lunch, before or after school

• Themed Workshop Program: (school classroom, gym, library, music room etc.)

                (suggested single week session)

               .75 hrs dance/ program activities during a class block, lunch, before or after school

              * themes can be chosen to fit your schools needs (Halloween, Winter, Earth Day etc.)

Kinderstep Program Activities:

• Question of the Day: students introduce themselves and answer a question such as "What is your favourite animal?” 
• Children Stories: instructors will read aloud while leading students through movement  to tell popular children’s stories
• Educational Movement Songs :students learn kinaesthetically through dancing to a variety of movement songs
• Alphabet dance freeze: students creatively dance to upbeat music and then freeze in alphabet shapes when the music stops
• Paint a Rainbow: a dance to engage in creativity while learning the colours of the rainbow
• Creative Movement: students interpret music through movement based on the current season
